Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Attendance

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Consistent attendance supports the therapeutic process and allows scheduling availability for all clients.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee.

If cancellations occur within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, Stacey Seibold reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee depending on the circumstances.

Emergency situations and unexpected events are approached with flexibility and care whenever possible.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged up to $125 for the missed session.

Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late, the session may need to end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is processed after completed sessions. Refunds are not issued for completed therapy services.
