Let me tell you a little about myself,

My Goal is to help people get to know & get to loving themselves.

My training and personal experiences in therapy gave me an awareness of how slow we must move through this work in order to attune to our nervous systems, identify our patterns, and ultimately, accept each part of ourselves- flaws and all. ❤

I define healing
in terms of what it isn’t…

Healing isn't emptying a well or checking events off of a list as "processed" or "not yet processed." Healing is moving closer and closer to the Mr. Roger's definition of self-love. I think once a person can truly begin (just begin) accepting themselves, or even imagine accepting themselves, our lives and relationships slowly become more fun

“Love isn’t a state of perfect caring. It is an active noun like struggle. To love someone is to strive to accept that person exactly the way he or she is, right here and now.”

I want to know how you experience the world.

In my twenties, I spent a year working in South Korea, and later I completed a 2-month long internship in Dharamsala, India. I found living abroad to foster a strong foundation in seeing the world through other peoples' eyes... something that I use every time I meet with a client.

We all (consciously or otherwise) are seeing the world in a way that helps us survive or thrive. I pride myself on finding the value in how your ways have been serving you before we begin exploring how you may want to modify them to find self-acceptance.

I value curiosity & learning.
